As a prospective customer, you have access to our
customer service representatives Monday to Friday,
8:30AM to 4:30PM central time. Our employees are all
experienced and knowledgeable and can answer questions
about spoilers, as well as provide UPS tracking
information if your spoiler has shipped. Related technical questions are also welcome-we will assist you as best we can.
If you have trouble finding the color code of your
vehicle, our color code locator can assist you in
finding it on your vehicle. If you are unable to
find it, you may be able to call your dealer with the VIN of the car and they should be able to tell you the
color code.
We employ several specialists in our local installation
division. Should you have a technical question when
installing your spoiler, we will do our best to respond quickly.
The guys are usually in the warehouse manufacturing or
installing, so it is best to
email and they will respond when free. |

Return Policy

| All products are manufactured to the
highest degree of quality and backed by our 3 year
limited warranty. Spoilers are guaranteed for
workmanship. If the correct color code is given,
the color should match.
Spoilers are made when you order them.
Please,
make sure it is the spoiler you want before placing the
order.
IF
YOUR SPOILER IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY UPON ARRIVAL, CALL US IMMEDIATELY
AT 877-226-3237, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE SPOILER.
WE WILL PROMPTLY RECOVER THE DEFECTIVE SPOILER FROM YOU
AND SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT.
Spoilers can not be returned except to be
exchanged for the same item number and then only in
the case of defects.
Customers wishing to return a spoiler for any reason
must do so in the following manner:
Customer must call RMA Department at 800-253-9517 in
order to be issued an RMA Number. Spoilers shipped
without a clearly marked RMA# will be refused
upon delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping the
item to our factory address that will be given to you on
the phone.
Spoiler must be in its original packaging, with all
original components, and with a clearly visible RMA #.
IMPORTANT: Be careful to package the spoiler exactly as
you received it. If the spoiler is damaged when it
arrives at our facility, the shipper is responsible for
damages. MAKE SURE to fully insure the spoiler for the
amount you paid for it. We also recommend that you keep
the tracking number associated with your shipment for
reference purposes.
Our RMA department will conduct an inspection on the
spoiler within 48 business hours.

always non-refundable due to the costs incurred while

Spoiler Installation Instructions

In some cases, the holes of an original spoiler may
have to be enlarged slightly to accommodate our bolts.
You may have to ream out the holes some to insure a
proper fit. Using the instructions above, most
customers should be able to install the spoiler
themselves. No-drill spoilers are easy to install
and adhere to the cars very well. |

Warranty |
|

All of our products, whether you
choose Pre-Painted or a primered spoiler, carry a 3
year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
All spoilers have a limited three year warranty on its
products to be free of manufacturer's defects from the
original date of purchase (proof of purchase is
required). Warranty coverage is provided for paint
defects, peeling, and or other paint adhesion and finish
defects.
We will
match the O.E. color of the spoilers to the United
States factory color specifications. Factory
specifications allow for a degree of variance, both
lighter and darker, due to many factors. We cannot be
responsible for this variance.
With vehicles 2 years and older, we cannot be
responsible for color match due to fading.
Seller's and manufacturer's only obligations shall be to
replace the product proven to be defective upon
inspection.
We shall not be liable or responsible
for injury, loss or damages, direct or consequential,
such as improper installation, misuse, abuse, scratches,
chips or fading due to neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
We will not be responsible
for any damage caused to other parts by defective
product or any other costs. Failure to follow any of the
instructions provided will void warranty, expressed and

Shipping |
|
We ship our spoilers via UPS or DHL.
Shipping costs run between $24.45 and $38.45 depending on the
size and weight of the spoiler you have ordered. Some
spoilers require huge, custom-made boxes and the shipping costs
are reflected in their description.
Due to the size of some boxes, we do not ship via the
United States Post Office. The post office can not track
as UPS does and can take months to fill a lost or damaged claim.
We DO NOT ship outside the the 48 contiguous United States
unless paid with an Electronic Funds Transfer. There will
be additional shipping costs. Many spoilers cost more to
ship outside the US than the spoiler actually costs.

believes that the protection of those interests is one of its
most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its
obligations, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy

permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process
transactions and provide our services.

services available to business partners, we will not share with
them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we
will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or
otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner
that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
